Happy to share feedback related to pre and post sales. As we all know is was looking for farmhouse which is close to nature, visited lots of sites but the most important thing that come in picture when ever you plan to purchase a property is the trust factor. Even after investing that doubt keeps running at the back of your mind that will I get the property as discussed or not, will I get cheated, will my hard earned will go in vain etc etc. After visiting Supriya green shrusti project my search for turst worthy people and a beautiful project came to an end. When ever I visited the site I felt like I am at home the kind greeting, hospitality that I use to get from the sales team I never got in any of the other site visit ever visited. Mr. Vithal Ranavde sir being the owner of such a big project they meet you personally treat you like a family member which no builder does. thats the best part of SR groups. Kadam sir most jolly person I have ever come across in my life he will make you laugh like anything after meeting him even if you have not made up your mind to buy the property you will landup buying property he is jolly and friendly and very knowledgeable person he will go out of the box to help you personally professional any way round which no one does in today's life Mr Vithal Ranavde sir and Mr Kadam sir are really down to earth they will never make you feel they are big businessman or showoff. Will never let you down instead will always treat you like a family member. After visiting SR groups meeting beatutiful people like Vithal Ranavde sir, Kadam sir, Amruta ma'am, Ajinkiya I am more then happy to announce that my dream house came true because of these people. We have recently purchased a plot at Suprriya Green Srushti ( SGS ) , Pramale village , Satara . Our overall experience is very good and we will definitely recommend others to buy it if there is any requirement for agricultural plot in this area. Brief details are as under : In March 2022, I had seen their Face book advertisement and recommended the same to our NRI family members who were abroad that time. On 5th May 2022, along with our NRI family members, seen couple of plots around Pune and also visited SGS office in Pashan , Pune . Shri Vitthal Ranawade , Managing Director and his team gave us all the required details about the Satara project . On 12th May 2022, i visited the actual site along with Shri Vitthal Ranawade and his Pune as well as Satara team . It was a love at first site and more beautiful than the website , brochure , video etc . We also visited Thoseghar waterfalls forest in the afternoon. Parmale area is just green and beautiful. It is like 150 years before how Mahabaleshwar was . SGS team is very friendly , helpful and their hospitality is something unique and special. As there was a time limit to accept the offer at a special rate , on 16th May 2022, visited SGS office , discussed few things once again , plot selection was done and token money paid . SGS team helped us to successfully get the agricultural/ farmers certificate which was a very smooth and hassle-free process. Agreement of sale and MOU for plot purchase was made as per our requirement and specifications. On 4th July 2022, after doing all the necessary paper work , visited Satara with other family members and SGS team . Completed stamp duty and registration formalities at Parmale registrar's office . Shown the site to our other family members when the monsoon was at its best. All payment was already done related to our plot . After about two months , we received our original saat baara certificate from Parmale registrar's office and plot is now in our name in all respect. SGS team helped us to design and finalize our farm house bungalow design as per our requirement. All specifications were discussed and MOU signed . Token money paid for farm house construction. On 9th October 2022, along with some more family members, we visited the plot once again and performed Bhoomi pujan inside our plot for beginning the farm house construction. All our family members liked it . Also inspected the other bungalow construction work near our plot . This was my 3rd visit to our SGS site , climate was pleasant as usual , site looks beautiful throughout the year , air is fresh and full of pure oxygen. Post monsoon, now our farm house construction work has started and we are very eager to get the possession of our farm house on or before 31st March 2022 as per our MOU along with all other amenities and specifications related to our plot as well as the entire SGS Parmale Satara project . SGS team is very helpful and professional and i wish them good for this as well as all their future endeavours.

डोंगर माध्यावर एखादे घर असावं हे आमच्या उभयतांचे स्वप्न होते. आम्ही पाचगणी, महाबळेश्वर भागात त्यानुसार एखादी जागा बघत होतो. एक दिवस अशीच एस. आर. ग्रुप निर्मित सुप्रिया ग्रीन सृष्टी परमाळे सातारा येथील प्रकल्पाबाबत आम्हास फेसबुक व्दारे माहीती मिळाली प्रथम साइट विजिट वेळी आमचा संपर्क श्री. धनंजय कदम व कु. अमृता यांचे बरोबर झाला असता कदम साहेब व अमृता यांनी आम्हास संपूर्ण प्रकल्पाबाबत माहीती देऊन संपूर्ण प्रकल्प दाखविला, कुठे कुठे कशा कॉमन अमिनिटीज नियोजित आहेत व हा प्रकल्पा कसा पुर्णत्वास जाऊ शकतो या बाबत खात्री करुन दिली. एवढेच नाही तर आम्ही निवडलेला प्लॉट मध्ये मातीमध्ये खोलवर हात घालून माती किती खाल पर्यंत ओली असुन किती सुपिक आहे याची माहीती दिली. विजिटच्या वेळी मिळालेली आपुलकिची वागणूक व गावाकडील झुणका भाकरी यातुनच आमची मने झिकली. गावाकडे थंड हवेच्या ठिकाणी एखादी वाडी असावी व डोंगर माथ्यावर एखादे स्वतःचे घर असावे ही इच्छा एस. आर. ग्रुप निर्मित सुप्रिया ग्रीन सृष्टी, परमाळे सातारा येथील एक प्लॉट खरेदी केल्याने पुर्ण झाली. खरेदीखत नोंदणीकृत झाल्यानंतर मिळालेल्या वेळेत श्री. रानावडे सर व श्री. कदम सर यांनी आम्हास सातारा परिसरातील श्रीक्षेत्र माऊली, सज्जनगड, ठोसेघर धबधवा श्रीकृष्ण मंदिर, कास पठार ई. परिसर दाखवला व आपण केलेली जागेची निवड किती योग्य आहे याची खात्रीच करुन दिली. एस. आर. ग्रुपचे मालक श्री. विठ्ठल रानावडे ज्यांना आम्ही देखिल आदराने अण्णा संबोधतो, एवढी आमची जवळीक वाढली. आतातर सातारा जिल्हातील बरीच गावे पर्यटन मालक श्री विठ्ठल एवढा जवळाक वाढली, आतातर सातारा जिल्हातील बरीच गावे पर्यटन क्षेत्रात येत असल्याने श्री, रानावडे सर (अण्णा) यांनी परमाळे येथील जागेची केलेली निवड किती दूरदर्शी पणाने केली हे सिध्द होते. श्री विठठल रानावडे सर (अण्णा), श्री. धनंजय कदम (दादा), कु. अमृता (दिदि), श्री. अजिंक्य रानावडे श्री. बालाजी तसेच एस.आर. ग्रुपचे इतर सदस्यांकडुन नेहमिच आम्हास आपुलकिची वागणूक मिळाली आहे. तसेच सदर जागेबाबत आम्ही पूर्ण समाधानी आहोत. ,
